Terms of Service
By commissioning me you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms of Service.
The customer understands they are paying for a digital commission, and will receive a digital file (e.g. jpg, png) of the commissioned artwork. The customer will not receive any physical item in the mail from this purchase.
Payment is upfront via Paypal invoice.
Sketch will be sent for approval before starting the lineart and color process.
Extra characters are +80% of base price.
All commission options include a simple background (flat color, pattern, gradient or transparent).
Background ideas are welcome, prices may vary depending on complexity.
The estimated turnaround time is one week to two months.
The commission status will be available on Trello and a web version of the piece will be posted on my social media. If the commission is private, please let me know in advance and the name will be anonymous.
The illustration is for personal use only, it should be specified in advance if it’s for commercial use and a percentage of the price will be charged.
If you want to commission someone else's character you must have permission (or be giving as a gift later)
NFT or AI training with my art is prohibited.
You have the right to ask for a full refund only if the commission has not been started yet, otherwise you will only receive a percentage based on the amount of work done.

Si deseas comisionar el personaje de otra persona debes tener permiso (si es un regalo se debe entregar después)
El uso de NFTs o entrenamiento de IA con el arte está prohibido.
Tienes derecho a solicitar un reembolso completo solo si la comisión aún no se ha iniciado, de lo contrario, solo recibirá un porcentaje en función de la cantidad de trabajo realizado.
